Today will go down in the books as one of my best memories and experiences in France 🇫🇷.
The day started off with @elianacampo_ and @chiarabellasio arriving with huge bags of gear. Chiara immediately jumped into my kitchen and started cooking. Meanwhile, Eliana set up all the decor, including hand-calligraphy menus. 🤩
This special event & collaboration was all about @louisroederer_ and a vertical luncheon featuring the brut, 2013, and 2009 champagnes 🍾.
Soon after, @rachccouch and her camera equipment, @andee_a_table & @alganotolga arrived.
The menu featured crudités with wild garlic mayonnaise, ravioli with porcini mushrooms, wild salmon with the most delicious sauce, and an almond cake with raw apricot caramel. 🧁
The rest of the details, photos, videos (and even outtakes!) will have to wait. I’m happy, very full, but also exhausted and headed off to bed shortly. 😴
