This week, I packed my bags and headed to Chantill…

This week, I packed my bags and headed to Chantilly, the French capital of the horse. I have a strong love and history with horsemanship. So, it was of no surprise to me that I would fall for Chantilly.

Checking into the @relaischateaux (you KNOW I love these properties!!!!) @aubergedujeudepaume, I was treated like a princess the entire stay. The whole property, staff, food, and experience here were exquisite.

I went on a private tour of @chateauchantilly with @ateliertoursparis Eric, Patrick, & Olivier. With all three guiding, there were surprises around every corner. I was left speechless with the time, attention to detail, information, and the entirely custom program they had put together for me.

The next day was one I wish I could have on repeat. After a lovely breakfast at @aubergedujeudepaume, I met with Marion of @eehenson Espaces équestres Henson for a private horse ride. Henson has exclusive privileges to access the grounds of the Château de Chantilly. Autumn sunshine sparkling through the trees, and a carpet of leaves crunched beneath horse hooves as we spent the entire morning exploring the castle’s forest by horseback.

I cleaned up the best I could and then ran over to the Musée du Cheval (Horse Museum) of @chateauchantilly for a spectacle at the Grande Écuries. The show changes seasonally, and I had the opportunity to watch the history of Chantilly, told through horses and their trainers in the most mesmerizing show I have been to in a long time.

I have SO much more to share with you!! My videos will include step-by-step instructions on how to get to Chantilly, where to dine and shop, must-see events, and so much more. ALL of this will be in my Paris Quarterly!! And what is that, you ask? Head on up to the link in my bio to read about the new digital magazine. This Chantilly feature will be busting at the seams as I make multiple trips out there to ensure that I give you ALL the details of this beautiful town!

Bisous & big hugs from France!
