The Jardin des Tuileries Christmas market is now open! On this bright winter day, I stopped in to see the famous Paris marché noel. I focused this tour on the mouth-watering food stands. From raclette to sausages, stuffed pretzels to oysters, candies and chocolates, and more, it’s a feast for the eyes and the stomach!

The Tuileries Christmas market is located in the heart of Paris, right in front of the famous Louvre museum, and is open until Sunday, January 8, 2023. Fun for all ages, you’ll find an ice rink, a photo booth with Santa Claus, and many gift ideas.

As a reminder, if you want to shop and support 100% French artisans, you’ll want to visit the marché noel in Montmartre, at Place Abbesses.

Grab a chocolat chaud (hot chocolate) and a tasty treat and wander into the gardens, where you will find plenty of the famous green chairs to sit in and snack.

For families, there is a free show every Saturday and Sunday presented by a singer and his characters from the Magic Forest.

The Tuileries marché noel is open every day from 11 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. Please note that the Christmas market will close its doors earlier on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
