It never ceases to amaze me the people I connect with because of our TFL community. 🥰 There are many of you that I write, chat or voice message with daily. I have never met you in person but cannot wait for the chance to give you a big squeezy hug 🤗 in Paris. You make my days unique and this community all the more remarkable with your positivity, grace, and kindness.

One of those beautiful hearts is the gorgeous and talented author Kristy Cambron @kristycambron. We chat whenever she has time, which is limited as Kristy has a beautiful life full of friends, family, and deadlines for the books she writes. Including her latest, one I have been incredibly excited for, “The Paris Dressmaker.”

I had to stand up and clap when I read this feedback from COSMOPOLITAN: “”It’s a riveting novel with twists and turns you won’t see coming.”

What?!!! That’s huge!! 👏 What a win.

Our lives occasionally intersect, even though we haven’t been blessed with the opportunity to meet face to face – yet. We have a mutual affection for the city I call home. And Kristy is planning a tour that brings her novels to life, a Paris & Rome tour, in 2022. So maybe we will all meet together?

And, if you have made it this far, what do you think about a TFL (This French Life) book club? 📚 You and I can read the book together, and perhaps we jump on Zoom and chat about what happens in the story, I can share some fun nearby locations that I love in Paris, and MAYBE @KristyCambron will join one of them?!!! What do you think about this idea? DM me if you would like to like this idea and want to join my This French Life book club, first featuring The Paris Dressmaker by @kristycambron!

BTW, I want you to know that EACH of you are special to me. If you write me DM’s, I always respond. Look, I respect the time and effort you take to reach out. And I care!

And a picture of Pearl in a polo shirt, just because. 😉

Bisous and big squeezy hugs from France,
Shannon
