𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁! How to use the new Paris Metro paperless ticket system.
This is an update to my older DIY video where I show you how to navigate the Paris metro successfully. P.S. Apologies for recording vertically 😬 – old habits die hard! 😅
In this video, I share:
° My favorite app to help me navigate from one location to the other.
° How to use the app from start to finish.
° My rule of thumb for when I use the Paris metro.
° Paris metro safety tips.
° How and where to buy the new digital pass, Navigo Easy.
° And I take you through a trip step-by-step so you can recreate the experience yourself.
𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥?
For occasional travelers and tourists.
𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗧:
The price of a Navigo Easy pass is 2 euros.
You will then purchase “tickets” that are loaded onto the digital pass.
The cost of ten tickets is 14.90 euros and can also be used on buses.
𝗗𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:
Your Navigo Easy pass is valid for ten years.
The Navigo Easy pass can be lent or transferred. However, during a trip, each traveler must have and have validated their own pass.
𝗧𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦 & 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗘𝗦:

𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥! If you want to travel outside of the city of Paris (for example, to Chateau Versailles), that is a different type of ticket that you will purchase separately.
