It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! 🎄🎅🏻

I was making videos for our Paris Quarterly annual members and came across this scene at Le Flore en l’Île (@lefloreenlile). In the second part, I share a sneak peek at #HoteldeVille. There’s a massive pile of fresh Christmas trees (sapin noël). I think they will recreate the same scene as last year, which was very sweet. It felt like a little wooded winter wonderland in the middle of the city. Plus, it’s a dog-friendly Christmas market!

Do you know of someone who is traveling to Paris for the holidays?

The latest edition of the Paris Quarterly magazine would be an EXCELLENT gift because 1. it’s affordable, 2. you or the recipient can download it instantly, 3. and there is a section dedicated to Christmas in Paris, including:

French holiday traditions – This section is fascinating as it explains the customs, foods, and holiday specialties, many of them unique to specific regions of France. Plus, you can incorporate some of these traditions into your holiday celebrations!

Pop-up shops – I discovered some GREAT concept stores open just for Christmas. Shop and support local at these limited-time events.

Antique ornaments – A gift to purchase or cherish for yourself, I found a TREASURE in this tiny store dedicated to all things antique and vintage glass.

Department stores – Aside from their fantastic window & store displays, this list helps you shop or prepare for a Christmas in Paris.

Itineraries – Two day-itinerary ideas around shopping in Paris, one on the left bank & the second one on the right bank of the city.

Countdown – If you’re planning on staying in the city, you’ll want my tips and tricks to prepare for Christmas (and the closures!).

Interactive map – A comprehensive map of all marché noel and illuminations in the city.

Plus discounts, offers, and marché noël livestream invites!

Get your digital copy now – link in bio! And the print edition will be arriving any day now. Woot!!
