Il pleut. It rains. 🌧 And according to my weather app, it’s going to be the new trend for this week ahead. What are some of your favorite rainy day activities? For me, if it’s genuinely pouring down miserable and cold, I love to get in super cozy clothes, grab a blanket, and watch a new movie 🎥 while something simmers on the stove or slow cooker. If it’s drizzly out, I love to read or work on some creative writing. In between rain spells, I head out the door for a walk.
I am a bit fair-weather when it comes to the climate (it’s the reason why we bought our house in Bretagne, 22 Cotes d’Armor). My ideal is between 65 and 75 degrees, without wind. Remember the old tale of Goldilocks and the three bears? 🐻 The first bowl of porridge was too hot, the second one too cold. But then the third was juuuuuuust right. That’s me and the weather. 😂
